Soft Strip Services in London, Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire

Soft Strip is the process of removing all non-structural elements inside and outside of a building to facilitate demolition or refurbishment. Soft Strip works can either be undertaken by Balicrest as a stand-alone project or as part of a package of overall works for a project.

Soft Strip works include but are not limited to the following activities: -​​​​​

• Removal of Fixtures and Fittings
• Removal of load bearing and non-load bearing walls
• Removal of Internal Ceilings
• Removal of Temporary Structures
• Removal of M&E

Balicrest recycles as much of our waste as possible to minimise the volume of soft strip waste going to landfill. This currently stands at 98%.
